TERMS OF SERVICE & DISCLOSURE

D&R Garage Door Repair ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a professional garage door service provider and a local referral network. We fulfill service requests in two ways:

• Direct Service: Our own employees perform the work.
• Referral Service: We may refer your request to an independent, third-party garage door professional ("Network Partner") who will handle the service, pricing, and warranty directly with you.

2. Relationship of Parties (No Subcontracting)

We do not utilize subcontractors. We are either the service provider or the referral agent. If we refer your request to a Network Partner, that partner is an entirely separate legal entity. D&R Garage Door Repair does not supervise, control, or guarantee the work of Network Partners. Any contract for service is strictly between you and the Network Partner.

3. Limitation of Liability

D&R Garage Door Repair is not responsible for any property damage, personal injury, or financial disputes resulting from work performed by a Network Partner. You agree to hold us harmless and look solely to the Network Partner for any claims related to their work.

4. Consent to Communication & Referral (Forms and Calls)

By submitting a form OR by calling any phone number listed on this website, you provide your express authorization and consent for the following:

• Verification: We may collect your service details and contact information.
• Routing & Referral: You authorize us to route your call or share your information with an Authorized Network Partner in your area to fulfill your service request.
• Contact: You consent to be contacted via phone, text (SMS), or email by D&R Garage Door Repair or our Network Partners, including through the use of automated technology or recorded messages.
• Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that calling our listed numbers constitutes an "inquiry" under TCPA and TSR regulations, granting us and our partners permission to contact you even if you are on a "Do Not Call" registry.
• Calls to our listed numbers may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding our referral services shall be resolved via binding arbitration in CA. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit against D&R Garage Door Repair or its partners.
